Mrs. Cassie Mulcahy

I am so overjoyed and blessed to be a part of Leroy Elementary and the 1st grade team this year!  This is my third year at Leroy teaching 1st grade.  I have been teaching elementary age children for 21 years and look forward to continuing my career at Leroy.  As a Colorado native, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my husband and two children (age 6 & 12). I  hold a  bachelor's  degree  in Elementary Education from Western State College and a master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix.  I look forward to a wonderful  school year!

Remote Learning:

Leroy 1st graders will be using the SeeSaw website.  Everyone was sent an email with the invite but please email me if you need another one sent.

• Office Hours: M-F 10:00AM-1:00PM  *I am also available to answer questions on the Remind App that our class uses for communication.  I can also schedule conference calls as requested using the zoom app.
• Assignments- the assignments will be posted on SeeSaw every Monday and will be due every Friday of each week.  If your child is needing more time to finish, please send me a message on Remind.  If your child has finished the assignments and is ready for more learning, send me a message on Remind.
• Attendance- Attendance will be based on activity participation and completion.
• Grading- Please see weekly plan for the week's expectations. All expected assignments will be due on Friday of that week.
