Hello Leroy community!
I am originally from Los Angeles, CA but lived most of my life in Morrison, CO. Since I was little, I knew I wanted to be a in education as I coerced my stuffed animals, cousins and younger siblings to play school. Years later, I found myself living my dream; I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with my bachelors in Elementary Education and recieved my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashford University. My husband, Josh, our fur babies, Lil' Bear, Olive, and I live in Thornton, CO right near the school! I enjoy camping, playing soccer, goecaching, roller blading, frolfing... anything to get outdoors and enjoy beautiful Colorado!
I am beyond excited to continue my journey at Leroy. I have fallen in love with the school and community culture and am proud to have called Leroy home for over 5 years. Leroy is truly a special, one-of-a-kind school and I feel lucky to be part of such a large family. I have taught 4th/5th grades for almost 10 years. I'm thrilled to work alongside our talented, hard-working, caring staff as one of the instructional coaches. Together we can turn your childs dreams into a reality!
