Hello Leroy Community! I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing school and community as an ELD teacher. I have recently returned to teaching after taking time off to raise my children. I love languages and exploring different cultures. I’m truly excited to be teaching and learning along with all of you. I have been working with kids for my entire career. I have had the opportunity to direct a daycare center, to teach in Head Start preschool programs, and in bilingual and ELD programs in the public schools. This will be my 12th year as a public school teacher.
When I’m not teaching, I love to spend time with my family. I have three children and a wonderful husband. You can also find me walking my dog, working in my garden, or camping. When I’m tired from all that, there is nothing better than curling up with a cup of tea and a good book!
